Threqurede pool was smaller than it looks in photos. There was a safety issue at the house that required us needing to be moved to another property. Although this was done immediately, the alternate properties were not what our preference stay would have been. As well, no offer of helping us pack and move was made while we had to make 2 trips from one house to the other

The concierge staff were amazing to deal with. We had issues upon arrival where the roof was inaccessible and the team did everything they could to compensate us for the discrepancy! The chef was amazing 10/10 would recommend booking. The location was great, amazing restaurants and cafe near by in walking distance! We felt safe. Other than the roof, the house was exactly as described. Clean and large living spaces. Thank you for a great week in Tulum.
