The over all experience was first class - particularly the staff: multilingual, friendly, professional and very effective. The room is big and the bed huge (two placed together) but VERY comfortable. The only - very slight - 'negative' comment would be that the bathrooms are looking a little dated. But they were very clean with big fluffy, soft towels and otherwise excellent. The design of the hotel when emerging from the lift (elevator for North Americans) is stunning. The food in the bar is AMAZING - you just have to realize you are in the Paris prices zone!!

Our connecting flight was delayed and all of our luggage was checked so we were without an extra clean outfit. We raced to get a hotel room knowing many passengers were in the same boat. All good things: you’re right within Paris airport! Clean rooms, robes provided, room service came right at 5am before we left for our flights. All staff interactions were friendly and efficient.
