Good stay for last minute flight cancellation. Booked through hotels.com for a family room however on arrival I was told there was no family rooms available and not sure why I was able to book on the site. However, staff put us in two rooms next door to each other and were very helpful.

Stayed here the night before my early morning flight out of CDG airport. Convenient and quiet rooms, I slept well. Less than a 5 minute walk from the tram system that links the three terminals and parking lots. The hotel is located at parking lot stop PR. Exit the station, turn left and follow the path. You will see two hotels in front of you, and the police station to your right. Once you pass the police station, look to your right and you will see the Moxy. Be aware there is no ramp leading up to the hotel, and you’ll need to carry your luggage up about 60 feet of gradual steps. It’s nice that Moxy hotels offer a complimentary check in drink, but the one they served here was pretty bad. Gin and some sort of syrup mixer. One sip and I was done. The only thing I didn’t like at the hotel. Ordered a beer instead. Having stayed at other Moxy hotels in Osaka and Dublin, we were offered various cocktails or beers on the menu. Much better offerings there. Good hotel chain, and I’ll continue to book at Moxy where available when I travel.

Check in is at the bar very noisy I paid for late check out hung up my do not disturb sign and then had staff knock on my door every 45 minutes. Finally one came told me I wasn't supposed to be in room checked my credit card was charged got dressed went to front desk and they said sorry that's it one word

Great option at CDG

Really friendly and helpful service. The team went out of their way to help me with extra baggage, a fuse that went out in my room, and were so welcoming. It’s a short shuttle ride to the terminal.

Chambre louée pour famille de 4 Matelas du lit principal non confortable, matelas du lit divan, ce n'était pas un matelas... Climatiseur coule sur le tapis en continu : supplice de la goute la nuit. Pourriture dans le tapis. Le menage de la chambre, le personnel d'entretien n'a même pas ramasé la vaiseille lors du ménage. Le rideau de la douche était trop court, il ne fermait pas. Il y avait de l'eau partout.

Disappointing Experience Despite Great Location The hotel is in a great location near Paris CDG Airport, which was very convenient. However, we were disappointed by several issues. There was no mini fridge in the room, which was quite inconvenient during the summer. We were not allowed to check in before 3 PM unless we paid an extra $50 plus city tax. The room was also too small for two people, and there were very few tables available to sit and have breakfast or dinner. Overall, the service did not match the price or expectations.

Room was fine- a couple more pillows would be good there was only two. Bathroom is very small. There was a party on the lawn outside the night we were there with live music which was great and made for a nice evening. But the DJ who came after played until midnight. We were tired and brought earplugs, but I’m sure some folks found it hard to sleep.
