Rooms too hot with poor shower ventilation. Room incredibly small (we had a family room with mezzanine). Beds not so good. The hotel is quite run down. The provided shuttle service is good, if you can contact the hotel desk which is frequently telephonically unavailable (to reserve shuttle). So reserving the shuttle from hotel to airport will work fine, but we couldn’t book it from the airport to the hotel.

Rooms were awful, could not move as a family of 4. Chewing gum on my son’s bed. Long hairs stuck to the wall of the shower. Worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. So glad it was one night and we do not need to return ever again.

First and last time staying with this brand.

Worst breakfast of my France trip. Yogurt, Applesauce and juice did not taste fresh. Normally stay at ibis and Mercure properties. First time staying at this brand and didn’t like it. Tried to check in a few minutes early and they wanted to charge me another 30 euro. Nothing special about this brand or property.

The young reception girl on our arrival cane across unnecessarily rude and uninviting. She clearly does not like her job. Other than this the stay was fine.
