An ok, basic one-nighter

I’d say it’s an ok hotel for one night, but plan on eating elsewhere. We had ordered a room for 4 (2 adults, 2 children). The kids’ beds were not set up and I had to ask 3 times before it was done. The television in the room turned itself off every 15minutes, quite annoying. The shower in the room was constantly dripping. Otherwise fairly clean room. The restaurant’s food was way below average, so was the breakfast, but the service was good. In the ”spa lounge”, the toilets were not working and two showers in two different changing rooms were also out of order. No locks in the changing rooms either which meant that several people came in thinking it was available… The ceiling in the reception was leaking. Again, ok for one night close to the airport, but it needs a good ”refresh”.

It is an average hotel with good value for the price. The room had a large bath and shower, and also a small kitchen. The parking is convenient and free. Take into account that access to the pool requires a payment of 10 euro/day/person and 5 euro for children. Also, the rooms are not completely soundproof, which could be an issue for some people. For me, I need to sleep with a noise-canceling earbud, but my son doesn't hear anything.

The property was average. The room had two bathrooms which was handy travelling with a family. Access to restaurants was tricky, but it was walking distance to a mall. We chose this property due to the pool/hot tub and airport shuttle, however we were not expecting that both were ammenities with cost! I found that the front desk staff were not very pleasant and seemed annoyed by questions.

We did enjoy our stay here except for a few unfortunate details. We loved the health and wellbeing center except that the hamman and steam rooms were out of order. The room was very nice except one bathroom smelled strongly of mold. We just used the other one and kept the door closed. But nearby was a beautiful park and tourism office and a great little town with many wonderful small shops and restaurants. Beautiful! Very kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

Hôtel vieillot. Plusieurs éléments détériorés. Tête de lit usé, un partie de du tissus n'est plus là, lunette des toilettes cassés. Le nom du client sur la tv ne correspond pas. Après appel a la réception, modification du nom mais toujours pas le bon.

This is a nice hotel with helpful friendly staff and nice rooms for the most part. One of our bathrooms had a mildew smell that got progressively worse. We had two bathrooms so we only used one and kept the door closed. I should have complained but we were very busy. The wellness area was a welcome rest with pool and sauna abut unfortunately both the hamam and steam rooms and shower in that area were all out of order, as was the dryer for laundry. But we enjoyed our stay anyhow. Great walking paths and park with the Tourism Office and town with many small shops and restaurants.

Great hotel. They offer a shuttle to CDG ($7 pp) and breakfast ($$$) - they spa area is really great. Room was updated and clean.
