Arrived at 11pm tired and hungry...kiosk food selection in lobby was abysmal..checked in and got to the room. Inserted my room card and lights came on...BUT no power functioning in the .. not a single outlet, TV or even the phone. I schlepped all the way back to front desk and the guy was doing a shift change and asked me to wait. I explained the issue and he suggested i hadnt Inserted my room card properly. I have well over 2 million miles of business travel...i know the drill but he doesn't believe me...so he escorts me all the way back to the room ...its literally the furthest room from the lobby you can get. He inserts his card and gets the hair dryer out to demonstrate my ignorance...and of course it doesn't work.. cause there is NO POWER in the room. Then he says iy must be the circuit breaker..and goes down the hall looking for the electrical closet. The breaker is fine SO.. we schlepp back done tothe lobby... he struggles to find me a room ...smaller... but at least it had power. There are 5 hotels surrounding this property..CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL...UGH

Lousy restaurant for dinner and the breakfast consisted of a coffee machine and stale, cheap croissants. The staff was vague with information about the airport shuttle, which should be at the top of their service.
