Happily the room was renovated. The reception area and restaurant did not appear clean. The staff in the dining room were not helpful. Breakfast was OK but the evening meal was definitely not worth the price! Getting to the hotel is difficult with suitcases, should have a shuttle—there is a long walk from the airport shuttle and no signage

Room were really clean. Very convenient proximity to the terminal (quick walk to the train that take you to the terminal). Buffet breakfast was excellent and even had gluten free option for my son.

No Ac in the room, yelling and rude staff who doesn’t care if you have paid 300$ and the room is not in sleeping condition. Yes there is spiders in the room. Never again in holiday inn. Terrible terrible, wasted money just for sleeping 5 hours, which we couldn’t because the room was terrible. And yes don’t engage with front desk person Benjamin because he will literally yell. It’s better to stay at airport than this hotel

I was afraid to explore Paris alone being I am a female. I asked the front staff and the man who helped me got me a female driver to take me to the Eiffel Tower and come back to pick me up. I felt safe

A great hotel if you have an early flight at CDG. For those with families it even had a nice play area across the road and picnic benches. The shuttle was very quick, free and took us straight to T2.

Spent one night at this property as I had a connecting domestic flight. Room was sufficient, accessible easily from CDG via the free CDG Val shuttle. Great breakfast option that was included with the reservation. The only minor thing I noticed was that there was visible hair in the bathroom sink (not thoroughly cleaned before I arrived).I cleaned that myself. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were welcoming and provided great service. Thank you!

Comfortable hotel next to the airport

The room was comfortable and cool. The bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. The free breakfast had good options, but was chaotic and packed.
