The property and the room itself were extremely comfortable and perfect for an overnight in Paris at the airport. However, in the week and a half or two before my trip, ai tried to message the property at least three times through Expedia and I also called Expedia and they tried to reach out as did Marriott Bonvoy, and we could never get an answer to my question for my request to note that I would have a late arrival. Their information on Expedia says checkin is between 2 PM and midnight, though that turned out not to be true and you can check in at any hour, and I was arriving after midnight and wanted to make sure that they were aware of my arrival. I never could get a hold of someone. When I mentioned it at check-in, it must’ve drawn their attention to it because finally the next morning I got a response.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time at CitizenM CDG. The location was ideal for those who need to be by the airport. The hotel itself is super fun and futuristic. It’s new and clean, and the kitchen/ bar are super convenient. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful 24/7. They helped within the hotel, as well as helped to navigate transportation around the city.

We had an overnight layover and it didn't make sense to go far from the airport. The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport [5 minute walk] and the check in process was seamless with iPad check in. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The food at the bar was expensive but fine. Overall, would recommend.

Wow, what a wonderful experience from arrival to departure. The rooms are small but oh so comfortable - I heart that bed! I was on the planes side of the hotel and could barely hear a thing from the take off and landings. And the breakfast was phenomenal- I almost shed a tear when I sipped the first sip of my café allongé double. I will most certainly be back. Oh! And a shout out to fellow Canadian Brian from Calgary - thanks so much for your warm welcome and assistance securing my car rental pick up.
