The room was upgraded however I did not know. The room was amazing. Had a great stay and ate at the restaurant for dinner. They had a piano player and it was such a lovely experience overall. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Clean and spacious room. Beautifully decorated. Delicious breakfast and wonderful friendly staff. James at the front desk was an absolute blast. He made our stay exceptional from start to finish. Conveniently located to many places. St. Michaels Hospital, Eaton Centre, Massey Hall, and Dundas Square all within a very short walking distance to the hotel. Very safe too. All the staff at Stages restaurant were wonderful especially the bartender on Saturday night. We will definitely be back again.

Clean, beautiful , very helpful staff room was clean bed was nice . TVs are a little outdated good use better tv uograding my tv just squeaked at me the whole time but other then that it was a nice hotel very central 2 Parker my car underground for over 24 hrs right across from hotel for a great price and just walked everywhere. Loved thag the shopping mall was right there too.

Staff was great and very helpful and kind. Room was clean and well kept. Really close to some stores and also the mall, so that was an added bonus. Unfortunately we got a room upgrade from king room to queen suite and it wasn't great, not much of an upgrade besides a "seperate room" for a living room. There was a mini fridge and basic Keurig but nothing else. It was on a high floor which was nice, but not much of a view. 1612. The bed was uncomfortable, the one side was completely deformed and the springs were squished. The mattress absolutely needs to be replaced. The temperature wasn't able to be changed so sometimes it was way too cold, not the best for the winter time. Also the room was at the end of the hall and there were multiple other doors beside it so there was a lot of noise echoing from the entire hall and inside others rooms into ours as well, made sleeping horrible. Liked how it was downtown and convenient, but not very comfortable, at least that particular room.
