Rooms was great ,spacious and clean . Only 1 thing be nice to access Amazon Prime or Netflix. Great location central to a lot of restaurants and attraction. The staff were professional/courteous and friendly !

I’ve been staying at Pantages the same long weekend in January for about 5 years now. There just happened to be a 5am fire alarm, false thankfully. No panic, no chaos - the staff had everything under control. See you the same time next year. Thanks again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel was comfortable and in a great location, and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. A special mention to James, who was always friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially when our flight back to the UK was cancelled due to the snow storm and we had to extend unexpectedly. We also had an issue with the heating, which he dealt with straight away and it was fixed promptly. He is a real asset to the hotel. Overall, a great experience and we’d be happy to stay here again.
