Check in/front deck staff were not friendly! Didn’t inform us that we could make. Reservation for transportation to the airport. Big big disappointment that we couldn’t watch the blue jays game #6 from our room but we were told to go the casino to watch! We’re in Toronto and they didn’t support local team unless we were playing or buying drinks! But they had a fox channel!! Big disappointment

Check in person was terrible. She had the worst attitude ever. Asked us if we were allergic to animals and we said yes, then with an attitude said this is the only room I have that has the race track view.. do you want it or not?!! Umm excuse me? I have never had an encounter with the most rudest hotel staff ever.
