I almost had an amazing stay here. However, I was incredibly disappointed when they did not offer any microwave services! Not one single microwave on the property for guest was very shocking to discover. There could have been a disclaimer listed somewhere because as a traveler I spent my time eating out and sometimes I take food back to my hotel. It would have been nice to reheat that food. This was an incredible annoyance.

While we only stayed one night, I could not have asked for a more lovely hotel. From beginning to end it was perfect. The staff were so helpful, from the valet parking to the front desk staff to the door staff, every single person we encountered was kind and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous, the amenities amazing and it is so close to so many awesome things to do and see in Toronto. Canopy by Hilton will be my go to hotel from here on out.

This is an amazing hotel, loved the close proximity to downtown Toronto. The aesthetic of the room was phenomenal and the very functional. The beds were super comfortable and I loved the fact that they have blackout curtains in the rooms. The bathroom was also well laid out and housekeeping did a great job.

Very well appointed hotel. We had a one bedroom suite which was fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful. The one site bar and restaurant Dia was excellent. Had 2 wonderful dinners here - 1 for Valentine's day. Hotel is a short walk to Yonge and Bloor and Yorkville and is located on a subway line. We will definitely return for another stay.

Staying at the Canopy Hotel in Toronto was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The room was spotless, featuring a stylish décor that perfectly blended comfort and elegance. The beds were unbelievably cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel's location is nothing short of perfect—right near the subway, making it easy to explore the city, and situated in a fantastic neighborhood full of vibrant energy and great spots to visit. Loved staying here this past week to celebrate my 30th birthday. The staff were so kind and sent a fruit plate to our room with a handwritten card. I had misplaced my wallet and the staff handled this situation with care and professional professionalism, and returned it. The rooms were cleanly and private, and it felt very chic and modern. The pool was the perfect size and cleanliness in the facilities was top-notch. The only downfall was not having a hot tub, but that is minor compared to what the rest of the hotel offers. Thank you canopy for the stay!
