We loved the hotel. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were so kind and helpful, always plenty of coffee and tea plus numerous other goodies and the on site laundry facilities were cheap and efficient. We also loved the location - close to all the fun in Shinjuku but also far enough away to be a bit more peaceful. Plenty of great bars, clubs and restaurants close by. Can’t wait to come back!!

Its an ok hotel for a short stay. Clean. But nothing special. Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly and polite. Its ok for young people or a single person. If you come with a family I would suggest look somewhere else. All in all was Ok, but you get what you pay for. Nothing too special but functional.

We come to Tokyo twice a year to visit family and always stay at this hotel. You can't beat the convenience of the location! And the hotel is in great condition! Everything and everyone was perfect. Clean room. Nice amenities available in lobby. Firm bed was a blessing after a long trip too. Excellent. Great location for staying in area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Not touristy but tourist friendly for sure. Recommend!

Pros: Clean hotel. Very close to TAKADANOBABA station where you can take any train, subway, taxis. Nice staff Cons: I was still surprised that English remains a barrier for some front desk staff to communicate. They rely heavily on phones and tablets for translation. However, this is a general issue in Japan—it’s often difficult to find people who can speak English, so it’s not specific to the hotel.
