Such a nice hotel! Everything was very clean and comfortable and location was perfect. Rooms were quiet. Nespresso machine and aluminum water bottles were a nice touch. Service was top notch, we had a super early checkout to get to the airport and they ordered us a taxi and actually walked us to the taxi.

Incredible hotel, perfect location, the front desk staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me with my luggage transfer to Kyoto as well as shipping a lost item to me at my next destination. Beautiful hotel and location. It’s connected to Shibuya station, but you would never know because the room was quiet and peaceful. It made traveling around the city a breeze. There were plenty of dining and coffee options. A seven eleven right next to the hotel too. They had a fun little area with masks, origami, and other goodies in the lobby. Really couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
