Friendly front desk, they tried their best to accommodate our requests. Found the rooms to be quite spacious (for Japan standards!) and very clean. It was too bad the rooms didn’t come with any toiletries but they were available in the lobby. Overall a good experience booking here

出張で利用。アクセスは不便でしたが、部屋が広く清潔でとても快適に過ごせました。アメニティ、Wi-Fi、スタッフ、全て充実しています。 このホテルに限らずですが、外国人客が深夜まで部屋でうるさいのが不快でした。

外国人観光客が多いかと思いましたが、半数以上は日本人でした。部活で広島に来ていた女子高生の団体が宿泊していたので、朝晩の洗面所は混雑してました。家族で利用しましたが、繁華街からも近くて便利でした。
