We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The size was relatively good for a Tokyo hotel and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The amenities were excellent and made our visit even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect—set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood but still very close to great restaurants and train stations, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved my stay here! It's close to 2 subway stations, including Akasaka with a mall and Harry Potter cafe and themed areas if you're interested. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. The staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. One of my things got mixed up with laundry, and the staff was so quick at getting it found. To note: Google maps may send you to the entrance with stairs, but if you go around the 7-eleven, there is the main large entrance that's ground level to wheel suitcases in, or drag heavy tired legs back without stairs.

This is my second time at this hotel. It’s a great location especially if you’re exploring multiple neighborhoods and going back and forth from west to east. The train station is a few blocks down. The 7/11 is down the block.

There was mold in the AC vents of 2 different rooms that this hotel tried to provide us with. When we showed them, they were very uncooperative with helping us out. Expedia was also terrible when we tried to contact them.

Great Hotel. Rooms quite big by Tokyo standards. Check in and out super easy. Breakfast was good. Nearby streets offer plenty of food options as well as the odd Girly Bar for the large numbers of salarymen who work in this area. However didn't feel sleazy and plenty of high end eating as well. On my 2 weeks in Japan this was in my top 2 hotels. Good for couples and families. Has a 7-11 underneath, ice machine and small self service laundry. Aircon efficient and quiet, fridges in rooms.
