An exceptional experience! The room was impeccably clean and exceptionally quiet. The onsen was also spotless and provided a serene atmosphere. The staff demonstrated great attentiveness. Dining choices were outstanding and conveniently located. Would definitely make a reservation again.

Super convenient for our last overnight before heading back to US. This hotel is right at international Terminal 3. They kept our big luggage so we could went to Tokyo quick turnaround and back to pick up our luggage. Hot spring is 24 hours. Super nice a true 5 stars hotel!

Excellent hotel. Beautiful and clean and amazing staff. Modern aesthetic. The ONLY issue is if you're taking a taxi, the drop off location is hard to find unless the taxi driver is familiar with the hotel. Despite that, I will be booking at this hotel when I return.
