Conveniently located and clean, reasonable price. Only real criticism is that a single elevator serves 14 floors and is shared between staff and guests. It was often inconvenient if you have to enter and leave your room multiple times in a day.

First time in Japan and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were sweet and respectful and helped me with the few questions I had. Cleaning was very nice and they always made sure I had fresh towels and toiletries. The downside is you can hear the people in the lobby too clearly. At one point a group of 4 (2m/2f) decided to camp outside the door and discuss their itinerary. They were fully leaning and surrounding against my door and when I told them my son was sleeping inside they were rude and said “yeah we’re almost done”. I didn’t report it to the front desk because I was just so happy to be in Japan but unfortunately their loud voices carried.
