This was such a great stay! Upon arrival, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully renovated. Everything felt brand new. You could actually use the patio which is a rare occurrence in Tokyo, so we got to enjoy the views of sensoji from our balcony.
The room was a bit smaller than some of our other stays in Tokyo. But the bed was super comfortable. Had a great modern TV, The AC worked great. Everything was extremely comfortable. They gave you tons of amenities and it was very close to asakusa station which was extremely convenient. There's tons of dining options all within, very short walking distance. 100% recommend this for anyone. Unsure about where to stay in Tokyo. Asakusa is a fantastic neighborhood and a great place to get comfortable in Tokyo. We consistently have great experiences staying at APA hotels in Tokyo. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room is tiny and there is no room for luggage and walking. Location is good, there are many restaurants and stores nearby. The staff is nice
It was practically all self service. But if you needed an actual customer service interaction, the option was available as well. General info on tv was in English and even offered Video On Demand that included mostly English movies and programming. Quick and easy access to the Temple and convenient stores.
Bed was firm, but still comfortable. AC worked well, fairly quiet rooms/location. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful despite our lack of ability in Japanese. The location could NOT have been better. It was safe, yet very close to the train station and other attractions. Would definitely stay there again!
It was located in a nice location for tourists. The metro is 2 short blocks away and the temple is 2 blocks away. The rooms were large but they only cleaned them every 3rd day and gave you towels in a bag every day.
The hotel is well located for Sensō-ji and numerous bars and restarants. It should be quiet but the windows aren't very good, so we were kept awake by a loudly cawing crow and noisy motorbikes. Rooms on higher floors may be better. I recommend booking a twin room, as the double room is so small that, if you're next to the wall, it's impossible to get out of bed without climbing over the person you're sleeping next to. The staff were friendly. While the breakfast choices are limited, the food was very good and enough to see us through.
Very nice room! Place is really clean and in a really great area too. So much to do in walking distance and also close to 2 main train lines. Staff was always nice and welcoming. I would Stay here again in future trips. Hotel was a great experience .

The hotel uses a single elevator to get to all the floors which creates some interesting scenarios. The hall way is narrow, and not easily passable during cleaning time if you are here for a longer stay because the staff pretty much leave everything in the hallway. Good views on the upper floor however.
Every night at about 11pm-midnight, hotel staff or a delivery person would come up to the 14th floor and start making extremely loud banging sounds, moving large heavy objects all around, hitting walls and slamming doors. It woke us up every single night. I tried to ask them to be quieter on the last night but the language barrier prevented that from being successful. This is likely a specific issue of the room we stayed in since the storage closet was on one side and the other side was the elevator shaft. So it was surrounding our room.
But TV setup was nice, room was pretty clean, and it had a decent view of the city.
