Excellent place to stay.
Wonderful Motel and Hostesses! We were given a upgrade and had a beautiful view if the lake. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our Hostesses couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Their friend, Rich, also helped us with our bags and they all went out of their way to help and support us during our stay. Motel is close to restaurants and the DT area.

Lovely motel in quiet spot
The size and arrangement of the rooms was excellent. The hospitality was also amazing, the staff were so helpful. It was in a safe and quiet area, once we found it down a side street, by the water. Everything was provided, that we needed.

ASURE was a great location. Beautiful view of the bay and an easy walk to the downtown restaurant locations. Kathy checked us in and answered all of our questions. She was great!

Lovely spacious motel in Tauranga
Lovely motel in Tauranga with plenty of space to spread out. The owner was very friendly and offered some great advice about the area. Short drive over to Mt Maunganui, which is where we found the better restaurants and beach vibe.

The owners of the property are terrific! Kathee and Bronwyn go out of their way to welcome you and show your room to you. They also have great suggestions for places to eat and go to. The laundry is on the property not in your apartment but great to have it and laundry soap is included. The units have kitchenettes and good supplies. You can use the kayaks or paddle board on the water. There is a great park next door for walking, mini golf or fun kid activities. I felt at home there. The only drawback was the traffic noise but I was able to use the fan to drown out the noise and the property is older but I believe they are refreshing it. Wonderful stay, highly recommend. Thanks to the ladies!
