Rooms are very clean, and beds are so comfortable. Staff are hard working and amazing. The resort it self is lovely. Catch the Bula bus to Port Denarau or walk the 1.7km. We had the buffet breakfast and that had a variety of options. Also ate breakfast at 28g which was also good.

All staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were cleaned daily, buffet breakfast had a great selection, resort grounds and pool areas were clean, perfect location for Denarau golf, Bula bus is the most popular way to travel back and forth between the port and Denarau resorts ($35 ticket for 5days), we had stores at our resort selling beachwear, jewellery to cultural carvings, beautiful dresses and so much more, loved the perfect views of every sunset on the beach, amazing singing by the entertainers each night, great place for our family of six (age 10 to 48), highly recommend, we will definitely go back again.

Sheraton Fiji is the best place to be simply it has variety of local cafes that gives you specific breakfast or lunch salad if you missed any thing or you want specific thing with budget cost The port is walking distance Other places walking distance from beach side They renovated all rooms new showers and paint. I would say it worth it

I very much enjoyed my time at the Sheraton but a few negatives brought down my rating from a 5 to a 4. Things got off to a poor start when my reservation for a room with a king bed was not honored. I don't understand how the hotel could not have the correct room for a guest who booked months in advance and arrived at 3pm. I was provided a room with a better view and offered the opportunity to move if a king became available the next day. I ended up staying in the original room. Restaurant options are somewhat limited at the hotel. There are several options at the Radisson next door and nearby. Service was wonderful. A little slow for someone from the New York area but the people are so gracious that I never minded the wait. The property is beautiful. The adult pool was nice and the beach very accessible. My room was quite nice. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was excellent. And there was even plenty of closet space which is unusual these days. On days I wanted my room cleaned it was done beautifully. Perhaps I'm letting the issue with the king bed affect my rating too much but that sort of thing is a pet peeve. I do highly recommend this resort.
