Large Pool Home for Fun, Faith & Family!

NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE ALLOWED! Perfect for travelers focused on fun, family, and faith. With 5 bedrooms and many sleeping options, bring the relatives! Located on a lake- bring the boat! Extensive entertaining/living space, pool + spa, + a dock on a canal. Connect with nature. Home features Christian art- if such offends you, this is not for you. Pool + spa heat is $90/day; spa only for $45/day. Near to parks, shopping, airport, stadiums, colleges, theme parks. Beaches are ~40 mi, + Disney ~50 mi.

OUR HOME
Our home is large enough (2645 sqft) to have space for everyone, while still allowing for some personal space and privacy. The entire home has hardwood and tile flooring, no carpet for allergy sufferers.
Bedrooms and showers/baths are on the second floor. This allows for an escape if entertaining downstairs. There are steep stairs to the second floor. The master has a king bed and a futon. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and a futon. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom also has a queen bed. The 5th bedroom has a full bed and a futon. Downstairs, there is a couch that pulls out to be a bed. There are two additional couches.

POOL
Our home features a pool and a spillover spa. The pool lanai is screened with seating options. Everything for the pool is controlled remotely. You will not be able to do it yourself.
-The pool+spa can be heated at an additional cost of $90 per day for fuel. This will get the pool+spa to about 10-15 degrees above air temperature. At any time, we can isolate the spa only and bring it to 100 degrees for a more toasty experience.
-If you want the spa ONLY to be heated then it is $45/day. It will remain at 100 degrees.
To be environmentally conscious, we do not leave the pool/spa heated if not in use (including overnight). Please let us know when you plan to be using.

SMOKING
This is a smoke-free home. There is no smoking allowed in the home or the pool area. Smoking is allowed in the yard and on the dock. Clean up your smoking trash and residue.

SMART TVs
Our home features internet via FIOS with speeds of 500/500. Family room/den and bedrooms have SmartTVs.

PARKING
There is parking in the garage, and parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Please do not park in the street or on the grass.

GYM
Workout bench and weights in the garage. Be safe and use a spotter.

YARD
There is a private dock on a canal, a yard for playing, and the entire backyard is fenced for added privacy. There is huge charcoal BBQ grill in the yard.

SECURITY CAMERAS
There are security cameras recording the entire yard of the home. These will be on during your stay. They are located at the pool deck, side yard, back yard, and above garage. The ring doorbell is also a recording camera. For the pool area, but feel free to throw a towel over that camera. Just remember to remove the towel when done in the pool, leaving the premises, or checking out. The cameras are for your safety.

INACCESSIBLE SPACES
The only inaccessible spaces are the storage closets for supplies, and the pool controls and equipment.

CHRISTIAN ART
We are a faith-filled family, so our home features Christian art. Most impressive will be the large "paintings"- but look closer--- they are actually jigsaw puzzles! if Christian art offends you, this is not the home for you.

HEAT
n Florida, we seldom need to heat our homes. The heating is by portable heaters for more controlled needs but the house has central heating.

LAWN CARE/INSECTS/CRITTER SERVICES
This home is protected and warranted by Terminix and by Critter Control. So, have no fear of tiny visitors joining your party.
Please note that the lawn care company, Terminix, or Critter Control may access the yard during your stay to provide the regularly scheduled service. We try to notify you in advance, but this is not always possible. There will be no access granted to inside the home without your express knowledge.
Lawn care usually comes on Tuesdays.

GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
Garbage collection is on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please put out the grey garbage receptacle.
Recycling collection is on Wednesdays. Please put out the blue recycling receptacle.
