Nice friendly, safe place.

It was a good hotel for the price. After I booked I realized there wasn’t much if anything to go to without a car. Breakfast was good and kept clean and well stocked. Not much room service had to ask and get towels, toilet paper, Etc. staff was very friendly and helpful. Needs a little up keep. Near the Casino and across from the fairground.

You get what you pay for… room was dirty. Had hair in the shower. Beds were terrible and pillows were worse (bring your own) ac did not work. Breakfast disappointing but again you get what you pay for.

Was not so great arrived at the room and first thing I smell was smoke in room also notice a rubber material on smoke alarm as if it was cover fr people to smoke in the room also wall by bed area had some stain took a shower and hot and cold was reversed also fell like the shower was going to cave in. Front desk apologized but not else also the breakfast was not so great as food was limited do to a large group of soccer kid team there

The room was sparsely furnished the was clean, but too soft. The rug was filthy. I didn’t want to walk without shoes. The bathroom was very narrow. The hallway was dark and dingy. The elevator broke and we had to walk down three flights with luggage. Breakfast terrible cofffee was empty.

The room was filthy - stains from another persons bowel movement in the toilet; cobwebs in the bathroom; black mold on the shower curtain and dirt stains in the tub. When further examining the room we found food containers under the bed. The sign on the mirror in the room says “we will change your towels and sheets daily”…and I had to call. The sheets were never changed and when I called about the room not being cleaned I was told that the “room is only cleaned every 3 days.” Then on the 3rd day when the room was “cleaned” the sheets were not changed; the bed was not made: and the garbage was not removed. It was disgusting. The lobby had dead plants, dirty chairs and was just very dingy…nothing as what was advertised on Expedia by the hotel. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Disgusting

Disgusting. This place should be closed down. We immediately left and had to pay $500 for a hotel downtown Tampa for the FAIR. We walked in and there were roaches everywhere. Stank of sour perfume and Indian music blasting so loud they didn’t hear us at the counter. Roaches all over the shower, we ran. The elevator was broken and my friend is handicapped. This was never told to us. Refund us immediately, as I always booked through hotels.com but you should never have this hotel listed. There were also bed bugs and white stains on the carpet. My friend wanted to go back to complain but I was worried to enter, for my health. Not to mention, they apparently allow dogs and there were feces in the reception area.
