We absolutely loved this hotel. Everyone there was extremely nice. They offered shuttle service to take you within 3 miles. Evan was extremely helpful. If I come back to Tampa, I would definitely come back here. Only issue was there was only 1 elevator working, & it wasn't too bad (if you are not in a hurry).

This is my second time staying at Hotel Alba. Love the atmosphere, the staff are all helpful, pool open late till 10pm (rare to find a pool open late) and options of eating and having drinks at the bar. Bartenders are amazing especially Bryan! There is a mall within walking distance but if you want to explore Tampa (Ybor or surrounding areas) you will need to catch an uber or rent a car. ***Just a warning only 1 elevator has been working since Hurricane Helen hit. But they are doing their very best at having someone in the elevator at all times to make sure it picks everyone up quickly.

Only 1 elevator working. Our Toilet paper holder was broken & kept falling off. The Bathroom sliding door was missing some "bumpers" so it was loud every time it opened /closed. I’m sorry for this unfortunate feedback but my stay at Hotel Alba, Tapestey Collection by Hilton was terrible. 1. The room is disgusting, I took pictures of the filth in the bathroom, with a bad smell of urine, the pillows are dirty and stained. 2. The parking lot is full and it’s impossible to park. 3. They have three elevators but only one of them works and to get to your floor you have to press a Ring bell. 4. You can hear everything, the rooms are not noise controlled. I have a small family where we are, my husband and my dog, that’s why I chose this hotel because it’s “Pet Friendly”. However, when I arrived they told me that I couldn’t leave the room unless it was with my pet. I didn’t want to leave my dog ​​alone but there are places where they don’t allow it like some restaurants. Isn’t that the idea of ​​choosing a pet friendly hotel? That I can go about my activities and know that my dog ​​is safe in the room? They also told me at the front desk that I couldn't go to the pool with my dog, so my question is: Are you a pet-friendly hotel or not? And by the way, the receptionist who helped me check in had a terrible attitude and was very unsociable. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, and this was the last time I stayed at a Hilton.

I enjoyed the how clean it was. I wish the elevator wait wasn’t as long. Also, I wish the hotel would have honored my birthday some way because I let them know I was going to be on a solo trip to celebrate my birthday ahead of time.

Nice property with a beautiful heated pool, various seating and lounging areas, room was very prettyoverlooked the bay. Friendly staff Beatriz was very helpful also the young lady that got my cappucino order at the Spaniard. Food and beverage supervisor provided great service. They had a special memorial day bbq thanks for grilling!! Shuttle driver young man and evening valet also nice.I will be back. Thank you.

Upon arrival there was a huge and loud pool party that completely overwhelmed our experience. Extremely loud thumping music and plenty of loud party people directly outside our poolside suite. This 100% ruined any chance of enjoying our only afternoon by the pool or even inside our suite. That along with a surprise policy of pets may not be left alone in rooms, if found to be so guests will be automatically charged $500. Gratefully after a conversation with the GM we didn’t have to change our hotel or board our dog. Pet friendly was the #1 filter in our search followed by a pool. I would have hoped for better communication regarding both of these issues on the front end and not to be surprised upon arrival.
