Rooms seemed dated, old, smelly and run down. Things like a sticky remote, a filmy buildup on the desk, small curly hairs on the floor in the bathroom, no luggage rack or place to put luggage other than the floor. There was absolutely no place to put toiletries while in the shower. Breakfast is not included, and the restaurant downstairs took FOREVER just to get a yogurt parfait to go (like seriously it was 45 minutes). On the plus side there was late check in and the shuttle took us to the cruise terminal. Overall, it was ok.

Everything was very clean. We got locked out of room twice. Something to do with bolt lock, but definitely wasn't nothing we did. I asked the house keeper if she could clean room. She said yes, but room was still in same condition we left it in.

I didn't plan too well..our flight got in earlier than check in was scheduled for but the front desk was very accommodating and got us in our room early...very clean and everyone was absolutely amazing...the daytime waitress was so sweet and even remembered me when we got back from the cruise and stayed the night before we flew back...great place!!

The property and room was great and it was in a great location. Walkable to most anything downtown. The facility was clean, staff were nice. The shuttles they have to get around are also very convenient. My only complaint is that the housekeeper walked in my room twice, unannounced. Once while I was in the middle of changing. She did not speak English. It would have been nice if she at least had knocked and said housekeeping before just opening the door and entering the room. It was 9 something in the morning the first time and again an hour later. That was pretty irritating and uncomfortable.

The only thing I didn’t care for is you had to walk around the outside of the front of the hotel to go to the pool? That’s the only thing I would change the rest of the property and amenities were wonderful.
