The hotel is located on the far end of Tampa's Riverwalk, so it is nice they offer a free and convenient shuttle within a two mile radius. The staff was courteous and helpful. The property did not take good advantage of being across the street from the river. The pool is located on the street level, fully visible to the road that lies between it and the Riverwalk. There was no place we could find to sit and enjoy the view of the water as the ground level bar/restaurant faced the city street. The property could use updating and refreshing, but that may be why it was less expensive than other downtown Tampa hotels.

It wasn’t the newest hotel and the furniture was a little old, but the staff was great and it was right next to the river walk. I enjoyed my stay.

Solid 3 stars. The water in the lobby as well as the gym, were empty most of our 4 day stay. Even after asking front desk. Its old and dated but totally fine. Friendly and clean enough

Nice hotel.

Hotel was very comfortable. However having the AC too close to the bed made it very difficult to sleep. We were also surprised that even though the room was cleaned on the second day, the bed were not done.

Overall the property is well located, clean and convenient free transportation within downtown Tampa. Less hassle to look for parking. The only complaint my husband and I have is the AC is super noisy, I started getting ear aches and can’t relax. For that reason, I may not able to book again.

The room are a little dated but everything is really in good shape. Bathrooms are updated, linens and towels are clean and seem new. Beds are comfortable. Nice large parking area but no place that I could see for guest parking. Close to down town, Ybor and Channel Side. They provide convenient maps. The restaurant had good food and a bar if you drink. The refrigerators and microwave in the rooms was really helpful as well as the coffee maker. Only complaint was there was some miscommunication and we didn’t receive housekeeping one of the days and had to ask for wash cloths at the desk. I think it was because we added another night last minute and I did request housekeeping but it just didn’t get communicated right or something. Overall very nice Hotel and we had a great stay.

Room was nice, bed was comfy. Very noisy in hallway outside with doors constantly slamming. Because the shower door could only be opened from the right side, I had to step into the shower to turn it on, drenching me with cold water. Water really didn’t get hot at all.
