I read so many mixed reviews about this hotel after I had already booked, so I was pretty nervous but I called ahead to let them know I wouldn’t be checking in until 10:30 PM and they called me at 10 PM to confirm I was still coming. The staff was friendly and I did not feel unsafe even though I am a woman that was clearly staying by herself, I will say that I think they should be mindful of not giving directions to the rooms out loud and just say general things like “ your room is gonna be on the second floor, here’s the number” because there were people around me when they gave direct directions of where I would be staying. The room and bathroom were pretty clean, which is always my main concern so I was super satisfied with that. You can tell this hotel gets a lot of traffic or just hasn’t had any updates in a while, the decor is cute but could use an upgrade on bedding for sure. I brought my own pillow and a throw blanket so I felt comfortable sleeping. Good price for what is offered.

The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude. Anytime you tried to talk to them or ask a question they acted like you were bothering them. The room had roaches. When I called the front desk to alert them they told me they would call me back and never did. When I addressed it with them upon check out the lady rolled her eyes and dismissed me. I will never stay at this place again. I’ve worked in the hotel industry and if I ever treated a guest this way I would have been fired.

Don't stay here. There is an infestation of cockroaches. And the General Manager and corporate offices are not responsive. In addition, my room key had to be repeatedly reset -- did not work -- suggesting security issues.

When I asked for a receipt showing all three nights' charges and the amount paid, with a zero balance, I was told the receipt had been given to me at check-in. That receipt showed only the first-night charge with a two-night credit. Made the clerk aware of the information on that receipt, so the clerk provided me with a receipt showing only the last, with a charge due.

The room was good for the price. The location was amazing. It was clean and comfortable for the one night that we needed it. It was a true 3 star hotel, but the staff members were nice and we did not experience any issues.
