Room, beds, and bathroom were very clean. Not a lot of noise from adjoining rooms. Parking wasn't great (my mom is elderly and the couple disabled spots were always full). It did feel safe, and was a convenient location and good price.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms. The front desk clerk checked me in to 2 rooms and provided me the room numbers. She then only handed me keys for 1 room. I asked for the keys to the second room and she tells me there was only 1 room available with a max occupancy of 4 and there were 5 of us. There was another guest who had not checked in with my same last name and she didn’t realize we were 2 different guests. I asked to her to give me the other guest’s room and she refused because they had already charged the guest’s credit card. Hotel was sold out. I was told there was nothing she can do and to find another hotel. The front desk clerk was terrible. No sympathy and with an attitude. I asked for a manager and she said she was the only one there. I asked for a refund and left. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott instead. Lesson learned- you get what you pay for! They still billed me for the stay. Don’t stay here!!!

avoid this hotel at all costs. Read other reviews. This site deletes bad reviews. There was an unusual Smell in my room room. and a weird smell in bathroom. A Cockroach appeared while i was taking a shower!! next day i tried getting a refund and they didnt give me one! i wanted a refund for at least one day since i went to work early in the morning and came a bit later than checkout time but because i came later than checkout time they charged me for the whole day! I technically didnt even stay in my hotel wednesday and they still charged me! Avoid this hotel at all costs! I asked to talk to the manager but he was apparently in a “important meeting” in the back room. I think he just didnt want to talk and lrovide me the refund.

Would not recommend this hotel. We drove several hours to get there and were contacted on the way to ask about our arrival time. Shortly after, we were informed that our reservation had been canceled because the hotel was “sold out,” despite having a confirmed reservation. We were told that having a reservation did not necessarily guarantee a room, which was very surprising. We were also informed that other guests were receiving the same notification. There was no manager available at the time to speak with, and no immediate solution was offered. We later received another call saying a room had become available, which added to the confusion given the earlier explanation. Additionally, the room was not serviced daily, staffing seemed very limited, and the bed did not feel clean or comfortable. Overall, the experience was disappointing and very stressful. I would not choose to stay here again.

The room its self is very spacious. The fridge and kitchen come in handy. Also very clean and its is in a calm area. You also have the Publix and mcd near by. The mall is also very close. Great location! The staff is also nice.
