This is the first time in my life as a Marine and executive travel that I have EVER had to kills several cockroaches at a hotel in a matter of an hour. The hotel staff cared very little about the reported issue. Do NOT trust this brand.

I have a video of the cleanliness the hotel has Spanish people that don’t even speak English cleaning up and they don’t know how to clean the toilet or the tub

The manager there stop me from using my hotels reservations. Every time I try to use it they say they don’t see it and they make me pay to their hotel and it was very rude the first week and kick me out and then let me stay again but today when I went to check back and they wouldn’t let me and say my room was dirty how can you say my room was dirty I took all my stuff off the bed and everything they have no proof of that. I don’t appreciate them when I got in that room their room was dirty they don’t know how to clean a room and I have proof of that
