Great Ruskin Area Home

Very nice townhome if you're in the Ruskin area, check in was super easy, and the house is very well appointed, great bunk beds for kids make it family oriented. The community it's in has some nice little restaurants so you don't have to venture too far if you don't want to. All in all a very nice place to stay for a few days with Tampa and Sarasota in easy reach.

Very nice condo, great for families. It's in a nice neighborhood with access to a pool and is close to two restaurants and a small beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Well laid out condo. Great kids bedroom with gaming chairs. Our granddaughter loved it. It has the most comfortable mattresses I've had to date. I recommend this stay highly.

Perfect location for a family vacay

This property was perfect for my 2 sisters and me. The 3 BRS/3 baths allowed for us all to have our own spaces, while enjoying the family room and balcony together. We also went to both restaurants, the beach and played Pickleball. Lindsey was prompt in answering questions, and for providing check-in and check-out instructions. And the most important thing is that the unit was CLEAN!

Beautiful, clean, homey getaway w beach/sunsets

Lindsey was an amazing communicator and wonderful host. The property was just as described and was very clean. My husband and I, along w our adult children (early 20’s) had an amazing stay. Between the 4 balconies, comfortable private bedrooms, living room and bonus room w dart board we had plenty of room to spread out as well as be together. The recommended restaurants were great & the sunsets were amazing! We never hit the pool due to cool temps but I imagine it would have been great. Apollo beach was so close and we found lots of shark teeth & turtle shell fossils! The (free) manatee viewing center is right there & was super cool! Had lunch at Fins on the water and enjoyed ourselves. The area is not touristy. It takes about an hour drive to get to Fort DeSoto, St Pete’s/John’s Pass or Anna Maria island for shelling, crowds & touristy things. In the opposite direction, it was about an hour to watch the college baseball teams play. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Our 2 adult children had their own rooms and their own bathrooms. Definitely better than any hotel could offer and at a reasonable rate. Our host was easy to reach and very responsive. We cooked, played games and swam at the pool. The area was very friendly and peaceful.

Much nicer unit than others we've stayed at in Little Harbor. Beds were comfortable and unit was well equipped. Only disappointment was that the property description had not been updated to reflect that the "game room/tiki bar" in the garage was no longer. We had looked forward to using it. But otherwise a very nice stay.

Family Getaway

This is such a lovely property in a quiet area. We stayed for just a few days in January for a staycation ages 12 to 78. Except for going to the manatee Nature Center 20 minutes away we stayed on the property and had plenty to do for all of us. The swimming pool is heated, it was cool enough to play tennis the Sunset Grill has a lot of good entertainment and the sunsets were unbelievable. Would love to come and visit another day another day

Spacious, clean vacation getaway

The property was very nicely laid out, clean, and spacious. Every room had a balcony, bathroom, and comfy beds! Access to a fabulous little beach and restaurant with outside seating to take in gorgeous sunset views. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Local residents to the area. However, each July 4, we spend a short staycation for the wife's bday and the 4th at Little Harbor. We've stayed in 6+ different townhomes / condo locations on Bahia Beach Blvd. The accommodations at this location were the best we've encountered. Having the garage availability with games for the kids/adults was 5-star. This was used everyday by our family. Nice place to retreat for an adult beverage or two as well. The living area was clean and had everything we needed for the kitchen on hand. Just bring the ingredients to compile your food. The bed / bathroom in the master was great. The bed was firm and adequate airflow with the fans and a/c cranking. It can get stupid hot in July, so this was important. The other beds were nice and comfy as well. Overall, of course we will look to book here again. Rented a golf cart from an offsite company (SSCC). It's operated by a locally well known owner and located close to LH. Thank you Lindsey and family!!! The communication from the owner and the flexibility they had with us was 2nd to none. The owners even gave us a little unexpected surprise for the wife's bday... Can't beat an early checkin, when available... ;)

A wonderful trip

Lindsey is a wonderful host. The townhouse is nice, clean and has everything you could need for your stay including beautiful views from the living room outside deck (one of 4) of a cove where we watched manatee. Little Harbor is a wonderful place with a beach, two restaurants and fantastic sunsets. This was the second time we have stayed here and we already have reservations for next year. The perfect home away from home!

My husband and I stayed at Lindsey's fabulous unit for the month of November. Our grown children & grandchildren joined us for 2 of the weeks and the space was perfect for two sets of adults and the grand kids. We enjoyed watching the manatees during our morning coffee and throughout the day. The location was a perfect jumping off spot to Siesta Key, St. Petersburg and Tampa. The beach and pool are so relaxing and a short walk from the unit. The use of the golf cart was also appreciated! We took advantage of the tiki room and bbq as well. Lindsey is a super host who responds quickly to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this unit for long term stays!
