Staff was helpful… the hotel on the other hand was awful it was disgusting hair all in the sheets, sheets did not look washed bathroom curtains dirty bathroom so dirty I had my shoes off for less than a minute and my socks were disgusting. I did not feel comfortable laying my head or showering here and left immediately. I asked for a refund but only solution given was change of room because I booked through Expedia I thought it couldn’t get any nastier until I made it into the second room and the second I walked in got a foul smell. Don’t come here.

The room was OK. It could use some minor repairs, It was clean enough, but certainly could be better. One day we had no soap and the next no hand towel. There was some trash by the stairs and walkways, It was noisy in the early morning as tenants were leaving for work. Breakfast was just the basics. If I was back in the area I would probably spend a couple more dollars to stay at a nicer place. But again, it was OK, not great but not terrible.

Do not stay here!! Dirty room with nasty bedding! Dirty sheets with hair and bathroom was not washed! Toilet had hair also!! Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray! Surrounded by dirty ashtrays in front of both rooms next door!! Friendly staff great view of pool even better location!! Place needs a HUGE deep cleaning and a smoking ban!! Thank you for the refund!!!

It was in a safe location. Places to get a quick bite. Close to the highway. Staff was nice and Continental breakfast a good start to the day. The bed was comfortable.

First day, the room seemed clean but there were roaches in the restroom which we promptly reported. We requested a full cleaning service and that didn’t happen until the third day of our eight day stay. We had to buy bug spray. There are guests living at the hotel, the trash cans outside in the hallway were always overflowing so we realized requesting a room change would be futile. Housekeeping did not come daily, they came a total of 3 times after we continually asked the front desk. Also there’s apparently a towel shortage. There were only two for two of us and getting a fresh set of towels and washcloths was like pulling teeth. Will never stay here again.
