The room reeked of cigarettes. The floor was sticky. The wall trim was coming apart in the bathroom sink area. Cockroach found in the bathroom on checkout morning.

Visiting St. Pete for a Week

We were visiting family in St. Pete for a week. The hotel was conveniently located to all our routes and destinations. The breakfast service was good with an adequate selection.The accessible room was comfortable for us. The floor looked clean but could have used a better mopping as our feet were black when we got in the shower the first day.Towels were nice and fluffy. The mattresses were okay, not as good as home but passable. TV was good with LOTS of stations. A paper station reference guide would be helpful to have.The staff was very pleasant and accomodating.The room was located on the corner of a hallway where people tended to gather outside. Consequently, voices from outside were disturbing at times during sleeping hours. A better fitting door may help this situation as there was about a 1/2" opening across the bottom. All things considered, the stay was a good value for the money.

The front desk check-in guy on duty on Saturday 1/18/2024 was unaccommodating, rude, insulting, and condensing. We had a serious verbal altercation. This guy has no business in the hospitality industry. In addition, my room’s floors were filthy. I will never darken the doors of this place again. Take a pass on place. There are better places to stay in the area.

The floors were very dirty. Our feet were black from the dirt. We had to shower after our shower. We had a late check out and housekeeping kept knocking on the store for no reason.

Checking in, staff was having a heated conversation on the phone. Sounded like it was work but it was pretty uncomfortable. She did calm herself pretty quickly as I was checking in and was courteous. Rooms are nice for the price. Area isn’t horrible. There unfortunately was a homeless person camped out on the walkway to the stairs. The entire night. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable had I been staying alone.

The rooms appear clean, but the floors are very dirty. I took a shower and walked on the floor my feet were very dirty from the unclean floor. They do the least possible! They come in and make your bed change towels and maybe wipe down the bathroom. It was very noisy, not the greatest location. We heard fighting in the next room around midnight, people always standing around outside the rooms I did not feel safe. Will not stay there again.

Overall the stay was ok, it's to no fault of the business but it constantly smelled like either weed or cigarettes the moment you would step outside, and even sometimes in the room. However to the fault of the business, the floors had been completely uncleaned and for the whole trip left a completely black residue on our feet/shoes/socks anytime we walked on the floor. At one point we even used a towel and scooted across the floor and it was totally black. Theyre also extremely strict about their 11oclock checkout time seeing as the deactivated our room keys AND tried to get into our room at 11am sharp while my wife and I were still in bed. Will not be returning
