Cynthia and the rest of the staff were very professional, polite, and treated me like family! I’ve never had any issues when I stay there, this is why I continue to stay there. It’s very rare to have a perfect check in and check out! Have to give a shout out to the valet guys, they’re also very polite, & professional!

Worst experience ever

Sheets was really dirty someone left the inside leafs from their cigar tucked in the sheets a when I got in ready to get in the bed it was thrown everywhere. When I called the front desk they didn’t seem to care they literally dropped off new bedding and told us to just change the sheets ourselves. The most uncomfortable night ever

Staff was friendly but that was the only positive. Charged service fees for every drink or food item. Ordered a sprite for $6.50 they added $8.50 but didn’t mention that so every time I ordered my child a drink I paid $15.00! They also automatically add gratuity to any take out order or if you have 5 or more in your group (even with separate checks). $50 a night parking is ridiculous as well. Also, room was dirty and smelled upon arrival and the mini fridge never got above 65 degrees. Never will stay here again

This hotel is in a great location, walkable to the grocery, restaurants and nearby attractions. The staff were so friendly and excellent! The facilities are older and non-working elevators created a lot of wait-time and disruption to the weekend. At one point, my husband waited almost 40minutes to get on an elevator to the 11th floor. Upon checkout Sunday morning, many folks were carrying their bags down flights of stairs, because they could not get on an elevator. It's a real problem and makes return to this hotel very unlikely until the elevators are repaired and all in working order.

I rate this location a D- Dated, dirty, and dangerous. The rooms had clearly not been updated in a long time, the carpet was disgusting and tattered, and there was only 1 functional elevator for a 15 story hotel which created frustrating, dangerous, and inaccessible conditions. During check out I was unable to carry my bags down the stairs because they were too heavy and I waited 47 minutes for an elevator. Guests were overloading elevators because of the desperation of not having adequate options, despite warnings posted on the door to only have 5 guests at a time. To make things worse when I tried to address with Hilton they didn’t really seem phased. I regret booking here and would not recommend booking here.

If I could give this property a negative star I would. Do not stay here. I never leave bad reviews but this could not go and unsaid. The first room they gave us smelled like butane and there was a demoisturizing fan aerating the room next door. That was on the 15th floor. The second room they gave us smelled like a bunch of wet feet and the carpets were damp. There are no ice machines on any floors but said there was complimentary ice by the self checkout kiosks. There was never any ice available. There was also a dance competition going on so when we checked out the next day it took 45 minutes just to get on an elevator that was not full because one of them didn't even work. Then the valet was so backed up it took 30 minutes just for them to get my car. They also charge you money if you want early check-in. And the icing on the cake is that the H isn't even illuminated in Hilton on the side of the building. That's how much they care about this property.
