The place is terrible. The room is dirty and smelly. They use the air conditioning to dry the whole floor, but it doesn’t work. The location is good and close to the subway. Other than that, a terrible hotel.

If you want somewhere comfortable, clean, or quiet, you should stay somewhere else. The only redeeming quality was the location. The entire hotel smelled incredibly musty and mouldy, there was clearly a significant moisture issue, the beds were incredibly hard, and the staff was not very helpful in offering anything to make our stay more comfortable. We ended up sleeping on the futon in the room because it was more comfortable than the bed. Even then, we had to pile up blankets on it to make it serviceable. Learn from our mistake and don’t ignore the bad reviews. From our experience, those are the only ones that provide an accurate representation of the state of this place. Taipei was wonderful, just not this hotel.

Yomi Hotel is a tired, dingy hotel in a great location. There were many signs of water damage, peeling laminate, musty old carpets, and generally a hotel that is past its prime. Nothing was outrageous. The sheets were clean but the mattress was too firm. There were both feather and memory foam pillows available and the duvet was comfortable. Our room had an air conditioning panel as well as a dehumidifier which rattled quite a lot until I cleaned the air filter myself (it was quite nasty and hadn't been changed in a while). As others have said, the gap under the door is quite large and lets in both light and sound from the hallway. Decor is quite cutesy and dated. I appreciated that we could drop our luggage early in the morning before check-in.

Room was relativey clean but not in a very good condition. Furnishings were old and coming apart. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ventilation is quite bad so don't expect the toilet or your towels to dry overnight.

Easy inexpensive transport from airport on one bus with very short walk (bus 1819). We booked a large double room and the space is good. Reliable hot water, frig and electric kettle in room - great! Fab area full of shops and eateries. The hotel and room are a bit worn, which I mention because that matters to some. However it's clean and very good for me. Would stay again.

The property is very nice and warm for visitors. It has an activity room in the basement. My kids loves the free drinking and massage chair. The location is convenient to many sightseeings vis MTR. It is walkable to the NingXia night market.

The basement facility or lounge had some refreshments and snacks (games and kid area) that were nice. My air conditioning just was not working properly. It couldn't get warm but the staff was nice to provide a portable heater. The water kettle was also not working after too. For the price I paid I just wished the room had better working equipment. Otherwise if it was lower price I wouldn't complain. Location is convenient and close to many dining and transportation options.

Falsely advertised free laundry room, free breakfast, and free off-property wifi-- none offered. Staff excellent and location good. Room walls and ceiling, divider shade, sink, and bathroom all ridden with mildew that could be easily cleaned with bleach water solution. Tub leaked onto floor as caulking faulty and mildewed. Laundry room smelled very, very musty due to dirty washing machine interiors.
