This hotel was a terrible experience. It is tired and has not been updated in many years. Upon check in, we discovered fresh blood on the pillow case, the television channels did not work, and overall the room smelled musty and dirty. This was brought to the attention of the front desk and absolutely nothing was done. A huge disappoint considering the price they charge.

Excellent stay at Park Taipei! The extremely professional staff makes everything easy. Very comfortable and spacious room with view of the Taipei 101 tower. Excellent location with a number of restaurants, cafés and nightlife nearby (and a metro stop less than 20 m from the front door.) This is my fourth time staying ant Park Taipei and I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommend!

Didn't expect the balcony room is located at 2nd floor. As the website picture show certain angle can see 101 view, so diappointed. The balcony just beside the mrt but sound proof when the door close. No breakfast. Swensen's was just located at 1st floor of the property. Room cleaning every 2 days, stay for 3 days, found that the cleaning not so details, the toilet bowl was fill by some hair which pour from the dustbin and did not flush away.

The hotel's keycard system needs upgrading, as the cards frequently deactivated over my stay. Note also that Exit 6 of the metro leads out directly to the hotel entrance, for those arriving that way.
