Well organized and descent room. Sometimes TV has no volume, though it matters only when you watch TV. It takes ten minutes room MRT to the hotel on foot, though thereโ€™s many alternative options such as taxi and public transportation.

We enjoyed our stay. Yes, the Hotel Eclat is definitely eclectic. The sculptures at the front of the hotel and in the lobby are a curiosity. The rooms are quite nice. There is extra attention to detail in the cabinetry and lighting. And some high tech as well, with the TV, sound system and TOTO toilet. There were a couple of features that were interesting elements of design but could have been more practical. There was no shower door, so we had to be vigilant to not allow water to splash into the bathroom. And the clock โ€ฆ just a little hard to tell the time! We found the staff at the front desk and in the lobby to be excellent. They are definitely pleasant and accommodating to our needs.

This hotel was nice and comfortable. Hoever did not have the small niceties that i am used to at hotels in this price category. I wasnt so impressed with their customer service.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with art pieces and sculptures from various artists. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Its location is excellent, within walking distance of Taipei 101 and many great restaurants in the Daan and Xinyi areas. What I love most about this hotel is the amenitiesโ€”they use exclusively Jo Loves products.

We really liked this unique property! The rooms are not especially large, but they are very nice. It is like a high end boutique hotel. The room had a small fridge with waters and sodas that were complimentary. Also they had a happy hour with free snacks and drinks from 5 to 6 each day. It is about 5 or 6 blocks from two different MRT stations, Daโ€™an and Xinyi Anhe. So, itโ€™s easy to get around Taipei.

The hotel is more of budget hotel rather than a luxury hotel. There is no gym or swimming pool, or any other amenities you would think ok. The staff are not rude but they all feel like tired of their job and very cold. I think there might be a manpower shortage as well as there was no one helping you with the luggage at all during our stay. The breakfast is so bad and I advise people to eat elsewhere. The room seriously needs a refresh.

Love the hotel, nice room and great location

The location was great, walking distance to many places and a lot of food nearby. Walking distance to MRT station and Taipei101 since my main purpose of the stay was to watch countdown fireworks. The staff were very friendly and profess, services are great and I enjoyed my stay so much. Would definitely come back again.
