Great stay! The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better—close to everything we needed. What really made the difference was the staff: incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The service is great. Hotel location not bad if one take the bus to airport. Walk to Airport MRT station doable but a bit long if one has luggage. Also, for some reason, unlike the Branch II right next door, there's no ramp at the entrance yet there are 2 or 3 steps between the street and hotel lobby, meaning you have to haul your luggage over those steps. The room looks clean, but there's a moldy smell that one cannot tell from the hallway but can smell it the second one enter the room.

The location is excellent, very close to Taipei Main Station and other transit, and many food/shopping options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/out process was smooth. My room was very clean and comfortable, although the carpet felt a little sticky, but they provide slippers! I loved the snacks and drinks they provided, and they also held my luggage for me after I checked out for a few hours. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Taipei!
