One day in Taipei

The hotel is 5 minute walk from the subway station and very convenient. Check in is smooth and they gave me my room a bit earlier at 2pm. Room is clean but starting to look a little tired. The decor may not be to everyone tastes. There are plenty of dining choices a couple streets behind the hotel. For business or leisure I would come again.

This was the dirtiest place we’ve stayed at in 50 years. The shower was mostly covered in mold and couldn’t be used. The air also smelled strongly of mold, which triggered my husband’s asthma.

Receptionist staff very rude and non helpful. Gym 1m2 with very very limited options, it should not be advertised at all. Rooms are not nice, stains everywhere. Hotel deco is terrible. Asked for one or 2 hours late checkout as our flight was late. Just got replied rudely that for one hour it was 500$NT !
