The Grand Canyon with fresh snow was glorious. Parking is nice. Resturant is hit or miss. Excellent or $hi . Bath showed age. Loaner ice scrapers were a nice touch.

We stayed in room 356. The small shaving mirror base was rusty and the desk chair was frayed and torn at the edges and stained. For the price of this room I think it was awefull.

Room was dirty upon our arrival at 9:30 PM. Only option was a much smaller ADA room with a very strong odor in the bathroom. They sent someone in to clean our original room while we waited so we stayed there. But, everything in the room was dusty and the coffee mugs provided were dirty! Also breakfast buffet was meager and poorly stocked.

Nice hotel OUTSIDE Grand Canyon Nat’l Park

It was a short overnight t ok see the Grand Canyon. The one disappointment was that it wasn't clear that the hotel was outside the National Park. It was a 15 mins drive into the park entrance and a 30-minute wait to get into the park. I thought we had a hotel inside the park which would have saved us time on a short visit.

Grand Canyon 2025

All the staff were friendly and helpful; especially the front desk staff. The bedding and especially the pillows were comfortable. The refillable shampoo, soap and conditioner is something I think helps support the environment. I would stay there again and recommend it for families and couples.
