"Nice hotel, close to everything."
We booked for one night and when we arrived to the apartment decided to stay two nights instead. The staff were absolutely remarkable and we were accommodated to in every way. It has everything a house woud have in terms of washing machine, dishwasher, toaster etc and is beautifully decorated. We stayed in two different rooms so we got to experience both, and each one was perfect. Definately a great little getaway, and appropriately priced per night.

"Beautiful rooms and affordable prices "
Staff were so friendly, I only booked a 1 bedroom apartment but it was still big and beautiful and directly across the road from the beach. This will be my resort of choice from now on when I stay at the Sunshine Coast. Loved it!

"Great Location"
We really enjoyed the location of this hotel. The staff were very helpful. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was the cigarette butts rolling around on our balcony when we arrived which were removed when it was brought to the staff's attention. There was also a strong odour in the unit which we believe can be traced to a waterleak under the sink. However over all we would be happy to return to this hotel.

"Delightful guesthouse"
We had a lovely overnight stay and wish it could have been longer. Joe and his team are very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. The continental breakfast was just amazing. Comfortable beds and pillows, just delightful shared areas, great views - and the 'hidden' gem of a reading room upstairs. There is also easy parking, and some dog-friendly rooms on the lower level, which we shall probably use next time we visit - and there'll definitely be a next time.

Good hotel, great location, perhaps a little expensive for the room quality. Furniture a little tired and no air conditioning in the rooms. Staff were excellent to deal with, very helpful and accomodating.

"Very clean but needs updating"
Was pleasantly surprised by the room as the photo on the internet wasn't that great with old fashion bed spreads. In my room though there was no sign of a bed spread which was a blessing! The room was exceptionally clean, could not fault it. Hotel needs updating but overall I was very pleased.

    Sunshine Coast hotels

The Sunshine Coast is a place of perfect beaches, seaside and rainforest villages, a famous zoo and a big pineapple. Not to mention plenty of that always welcome Queensland sunshine! Whether surfing, swimming, skydiving, nightclubbing, bushwalking or shopping is your game, we think you’ll agree that “the Sunny Coast” (as the locals call it) is pretty hard to beat. Book your Sunny Coast hotel at one of our many regions and let the sunshine in.

    Iconic landmarks and attractions

We have hotels near the Big Pineapple in Nambour, where you can climb inside the iconic attraction, learn all about pineapple farming on the Plantation Tour Train and shop at the Saturday market. We also have hotels near the Australia Zoo, the home of the Irwin family and thousands of animals from crocs (of course) to cuddly koalas. Aussie World is a fun-filled theme park full of family-friendly rides, next to a pub inspired by Ken Maynard’s cartoons.

The Sunny Coast is less developed than the Gold Coast, so most of its towns have a seaside village feel. Check out our hotels in Noosa, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Caloundra for pristine laidback beaches, wining and dining, and cool attractions like the Underwater World Sea Life Aquarium.

Feel like shopping? The Eumundi Market have the mantra of “make it, bake, sew it, grow it”. And if you feel like swapping the beaches for the rainforest, take a trip to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and stay in Montville or Maleny.

    Getting here

Start your trip to the Sunshine Coast by booking one of our flights to Brisbane. The Sunshine Coast is about 100kms north of Brisbane, and you can get there by hiring a car or taking a shuttle bus or public transport.

    Getting around

There are lots of ways to get around the Sunshine Coast. Hire a car or caravan, catch a cab or make use of the local buses and trains. Of course, once you lie on one of these beaches, you probably won’t want to go anywhere else in a hurry.
