Hotel was in a noisy area of Van Nuys (more in the Panorama City area). Sheets has hair before I laid down, bathroom wallpaper was peeling and shower hits extremely hard like a power washer sprayer. 45 minutes to Universal Studios with traffic (most of the time).

The young lady working the desk was polite, friendly, helpful and professional. All staff we came in contact with from maintenance to maid service were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the lady working the breakfast buffet. She was helpful and a delight. Very well-run hotel!!

The bed and sheets and pillows but sad I couldn't take a bath 🛁🛁🛁🛁🛁🛁🛁🛁 but the pool was nice and so was the biscuits and gravy
