I'll be honest, the room food service is in complete, and already cold. Not to good. We also did massage, but it feels like not massaging. not really good. Even if they upgraded us but i think same room that i booked. anyway thanks for the cake.

Great experience, special thanks to Charlie Lynn

While checking in at the executive lounge, we had wonderful assistance from Charlie, who is very enthusiastic and patient in taking care of customer's needs. Furthermore, Lynn has been very helpful in taking care of our needs and welcoming. Overall this has been a great trip and led to a happy stay for us. The hotel has been kept in a good condition in general and room was wonderful. A small recommendation is to ensure bedsheet/ blanket care . Great experience overall
