With two family rooms, there is plenty of space for adults and kids to gather for fun and relaxation. We have provided a variety of amenities for your convenience and comfort. Dogs are welcome upon request for a $50 pet fee. No cats due to allergies.

Rules

Due to the neighborhood covenant, there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ON THE STREET. Cars have been towed. Tickets/towing are the guest's responsibility.
Please adhere to quiet times between 11:00pm and 7:00am. Please do not allow jumping on the bunk beds.
Please turn off propane after use. Trash pickup is weekly on Monday. Please pull the trashcan to the curb on Sunday night.

Great place to stay

Everything was as shown. Kitchen had everything we could need. Plenty of room for us, 3 of our kids and their families. Location was good. Getting to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge was easy. I would definitely recommend.
