The breakfast menu was fresh and well stocked, with milk, cereals, bagels, muffin,cream cheese, coffee, tea, hot water, eggs, sausages, pancakes, and juice. The staff was friendly and helpful, parking was convenient, and the room was clean overall. That said, a few basics were missing. I would have expected a water kettle and bottled water in the room instead of having to go to the front desk repeatedly. The room had a microwave and fridge and mini coffee maker. Additionally, the body wash was empty and needed refilling, which required a morning trip to the front desk. Overall, it was a good stay, but a bit more attention to in-room essentials would make the experience better.

The room was in poor condition. The chair was very old in the leather was all scuffed off. The TV stand where the dresser is was fall apart. And the TV was plugged into the microwave so if you use the microwave, the TV would shut off. Also, the cleanliness of the room I had to wipe down the sink area as there was old toothpaste on it. And underneath the bed was full of dust and past peoples stuff example bars, toys.

the location of the hotel works well for our needs. The staff was helpful and friendly when we checked in. We have been coming to this hotel for several years. It has been 2 years since we were there. This visit, we noticed that the rooms and lobby are in need of an upgrade. The carpet in the hallway appeared worn and dirty. The flooring in the lobby appeared worn. Also, the room doors slam closed automatically. This makes it hard to sleep when other guests are coming and going. Over all we had a good stay. Again, the staff was great. Thank You

I like the Baymont and I have stayed here many times. The staff is wonderful. I was disappointed that the hallway smelled of marijuana. How dare guests think that they can permeate the hallways with their disguising smell! Marijuana should be banned from hotels. Let the trash sleep in their cars if getting high is so important so that hotel’s guests can enjoy their stay.
