Mis communication on a early check in and they received my phone call specifically saying that I need a room and they agreed when I should up they rent my room and said I never had called when the front desk guy told me he seeing the notice no earlier check in I had slept in my rented car wait till the day time 3pm check in

Great Staff and very clean

We went to run the Washington marathon and another hotel cancelled last minute. Comfort Inn got us a room last minute and it was clean and a very nice breakfast. The pool and hot tub were also great. The hotel also allowed for a bit of a later checkout so I had time to travel from the marathon. Thank you! I'll definitely be back.

The room was dirty, bed sheet was dirty, no extra blanket and pillows were horrible. They lock the front doors during breakfast so no one else can come in but don’t tell you that, especially when people are loading up. Apparently they have a problem in this area where they feel the need to. My husband was standing outside trying to get back in after taking something down and they wouldn’t let him in because he didn’t have a room key, crazy

Front desk people were very nice. Continental breakfast was good considering it was free. Swimming pool and hot tub is a plus. Overall good place to stay, rooms are good but a bit dated.

Check in was fairly quick, room was decently clean a few hours into our stay we noticed the sink kept clogging the lady that fixed it was very kind thanks to her but it seems like a pipe issue because the shower kept clogging as well. Also the key card to the hotel room was pretty hard to use wouldn’t work and we had to reactivate it?overall not bad but i wouldn’t book again had a few complications.

I like the quiet room. The lighting in the room could have been better, seemed very dark. No coffee, not enough food at breakfast for all that were there and very crowded.

There was no one at the front desk but we could hear them talking in the back. We had to call our “Hello?” for about 10 min before someone came to the front. Other than that it was a good stay- the breakfast was good but they were out of everything and people were complaining. They were slow to fill up items so it took a while to get breakfast.
