We booked the skyline room with the view of the city and from the picture posted online it’s beautiful. But when we got here there’s a very run down graffitied building as the first thing you see. I was looking forward to go on the rooftop and watch the sunset. But it was closed off to anyone under 21 cause there’s a bar up there. I’m 20

The front desk staff were so very kind to us and was the highlight of our trip! They upgraded us to two queen beds for free, put us on the top floor, stored our bags, and gave us everything we asked for. The hotel itself is great too, but the service we received totally elevated the entire experience.

the fact that with a room reservation WE WERE NOT ALLOWED ANY HOTEL PARKING. I don't understand why the customer should be denied a parking spot with their reservation??
