The hotel itself was decent visually, close to key spots of Seattle. Unfortunately I had issues with my flight and I was not able to check in on the day I had made my initial reservation, I flew in the following day and the hotel staff were not able to check me in despite me telling them I couldn’t fly in the night before. They said they would need to cancel my initial booking and create a new reservation but they kept my money for the night I DID NOT STAY FOR!! When I contacted an Expedia rep, the hotel manager would not work with him either and I was never refunded for the one night that was not needed. Money hungry much! Also don’t pay $65 for valet parking when there is a garage right behind the hotel (2 minute walk), I paid less than $14 for overnight parking at the garage. I for sure will not be staying here again.

Good hotel. A little starchy and modern, lacking “warmth” but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for many. Would stay again.

We came for an anniversary and wanted an all inclusive place where we could stay, eat and enjoy some cocktails! Was the perfect place with friendly staff, yummy food options and a beautiful romantic food top bar where we celebrated our anniversary! Highly recommend!

This hotel felt very clean and well kept. The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected, but were very nice and the interior decorating was phenomenal. The views from the rooms are absolutely amazing. The altitude rooftop bar was very elegant and remarkable views of the Seattle skyline.
