This is false advertising. The rooms are disgusting. The internet and tv did not work. The outlets in the room did not work. The pool and gym were closed. There were bugs in the rooms. I am extremely disappointed this is list as a 4 star hotel it was the worst hotel I have ever walked into. I had to leave and book a new hotel, I am still waiting for my refund that I was told I would be getting.

1) Two main reasons for choosing the Woodlands was the fitness center and hottub. Both closed.... You should have been more upfront about that. 2) The room smelled. Damp musty, like an unfinished basement with a water problem.

It is nice to have the stream behind the property. And the property is in desperate need of renovation and care. I stay here every 3 years when i go for a training in the area. Theres the same hole in the entry of the parking lot as 3 yrs ago. Paid extra to have balcony @ my room - very small you had to shimmy around the (very loud, old) ac unit to get from one side to the next. It looked ready to fall down. Not worth the upgrade. I had to turn ac off at night due to sound. Breakfast doesnt start til 7 and I had to leave at 630 during my stay. There's a rock pool area that was shut down 3 years ago and still is today. Its just very basic and run down.

We love it here

We always love it here. Yes, the hotel is aging and declining but the most important thing is that the management is trying their best to keep up with the amenities. The employees are friendly and helpful. For the price, that’s good enough for us. The location and amenities like free hot buffet is good and a trail to walk our dog is a big win to us. We love their outdoor area and the Shogun restaurant!We keep coming back. Actually booking now for our next visit.

This is my new spot! It has some amazing amenities, an indoor pool and outdoor pool. 2 onsite restaurants, a club and many bars. The food was delicious including complementary hotel breakfast. I am going to be going back! Loved my bar tender Vanessa she’s so nice! This place has a great atmosphere with happy kind people. I was sad the jacuzzi room is down but it won’t stop me from coming back. I’ll still give this place a 9/10.
