They gave us a room with two beds when the one I had booked was with one and apart from that the floor the bed everything was dirty we told the receptionist again what was happening and she changed us to another one that was worse there was a smell of marijuana, mud on the floor water everything was unpleasant…

At a low price, I do not have super-high expectations, but I DO expect what was advertised. When making the reservation, having a breakfast (even just cereal and coffee) was a huge consideration. So it was very frustrating to check-in and learn that breakfast willing not be offered because the motel is too empty. To me, that is false advertising. I *paid* for that breakfast. In addition, the linens (towels and sheets) all had ugly stains on them. They seemed clean, but it is hard to look past the stains.

We did not stay the room was so dirty there was hair on the bed sheets and burn marks on the top sheet. We tried to get a refund but they said we needed to reach out to you at hotels.com. Please advise how can we get a refund.
