Not a recommended place to go. Was given room 112 immediately I noticed the glass was cracked I let the clerk know he had no damn clue so took a picture. Next the television cable wasn’t working of course no maintenance till 8 am they never came by. Free breakfast closed. And when I check out no communication ask me how my stay was anything. I just stayed here to save money last time next time I’ll go to Wilkes barre motor lodge much nicer and friendly caring staff

False advertising of how things looked. Not that safe of an environment. Room smelled like smoke even though I orders smoke free room. Tried to cancel stay which Expedia was willing to accommodate but the inn wasn’t. I didn’t stay at this inn. So just of time and money.

Horrible. The rooms are disgusting with bed bugs and stains on the sheets. Dirty rooms that looks like they were never cleaned. The hotel fake reviews of 10/10. Anyone can spot these fake ratings to boost the overall customer satisfaction but the true reviews still speak on how horrible this place. NEVER GO THERE FOR YOUR SAFETY.

Unfortunately im unable to put 0 stars. When we arrived i found my room had been charged to my credit card instead of me paying cash like i requested. There was a loud noisy party happening. The front desk person was on the phone with police and there wasnt a second person. My room is not accessible for the wheelchair that needed to go into the room and the wheelchair accessible area was never shown to me. Im traveling with my mom and we asked for connecting rooms and she was put 6 rooms down. My room was dirty with multiple hairs in the bed. Im allergic to scents and the smell in the room made me sick and my face is puffy from the sheets and pillow cases which i dont think were ever washed. I paid for a full breakfast which is under renovations today and closed and according to the changed timing it ends at 8am. The microwave made a disgusting noise and didnt spin so my dinner wasnt cooked correctly. There was 1 bath towel to go with a shower that couldn't keep the same temperature and a shower head that needs cleaning. There was no shampoo or soap. I wish i had a coffee pot to make tea but that also wasnt included. The ceiling is falling sown from what looks like water damage. All around pick somewhere else ANYWHERE ELSE. dont waste your money.

Had to wait 15 mins because clerk was on phone, finally get a non- access room even though explained we had a wheelchair person with us. First room hadn’t been cleaned since last guest 2nd room took us even further away from the kids room. No towels, sink leaked so water all over floor, temp at 90• when walking in no shampoo or soap 1/2 roll toilet paper only HORRIBLE PLACE and breakfast cancelled

The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Staff called us that our room will be given away if we don’t pay by a credit card before we get there even though our reservation booking said we can pay upon arrival. The sheets looked filthy and had cigarette burns. The bottom of the tub had a long crack and was also filthy with hair and leftover soap. The walls were scuffed. The lock on the door seemed insecure, and the outlets appeared damaged and unsafe. We brought our own bedding and sleeping bags from our car because we were afraid of the germs on the beds. Outside we heard loud music and loud arguments most of the night. If we had not been exhausted from a long day of driving, we would have left and found a different hotel. In the morning we complained to the morning manager and she said she would refund our stay within a couple weeks, but that never happened.
