Staff is soooo very friendly. From check in at front desk, to housekeeping, the breakfast staff and checking out at front desk!! Every single staff member was so kind, polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again on my frequent trips to Pittsburgh, and then again on my way back home!

With the reviews I expected too much of this place. Staff is mixed when it comes to friendliness. Some are rude, some are nice. The food was gross. Even the hot water for tea had some dirt or something in it. One of the lights in our room didnt work. And one of the cleaning staff opened our door without knocking first to see if we were there. It wasnt the worst. But i wouldnt stay there again.
