I love that we were able to enjoy a brand new facility. Western style beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast and amenities like pajamas, umbrella and bath sundries were a treat. Checkout is a bit earlier than North American standards but extra charge of 5000 yen is not bad for the extra 2H.

Modern and clean accommodation. Good location and walkable to train and bus stations (including bus service to New Chitose airport), shopping and dining. Staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend this hotel!

多少ススキのから離れていますが、市電乗ればまあまあJR札幌駅以外はどこでも行きやすいと思います。新しい施設なので、設備は新しく良いです。サウナはかなりお勧めです。ただ、モダンのホテルなので、結構セルフサービスが多くて、親切さは欠けていると思います。連泊の場合、タオルの交換や掃除は結構体験悪く感じますね。1-2日ならベストかも笑

部屋が広く、和室で裸足で過ごせたのも観光で疲れて帰って来た後にくつろげて良かったです。 朝ごはんもボリュームがあり、美味しかったです。ヨーグルトが美味しかった！スタッフの方がおしぼりにかわいいメッセージを書いてくれているのも、朝から気分よく、笑顔になりました。ありがとうございました。 大浴場は小さめで、時間によって重なると座ってシャワーが使えず、そこだけ不便さを感じました。 是非また利用したいです!

家族３人で宿泊しましたが、新しく、大浴場もあり、洗濯乾燥機もお部屋にあり快適でした。また、パーキングも無料で、一階にコーヒーショップもあり、便利です。すすきのまで徒歩でも、ホテル近くの市電にて2つ駅ですのでとても便利です。ベッドは、シモンスで快適でした。また、利用したいです。

開業したてのホテルのためか、スタッフの対応に不慣れ感が目立ちました。 ・チェックイン時に自動チェックインシステムがうまく機能せず、部屋のドアキーのPINを手書きメモで渡されました。 ・チェックインカウンターとカフェのカウンターが一体になっているため、フロントスタッフとカフェスタッフの区別がつきません。カフェスタッフに声をかけるとたらい回しになります。 ・Hoteles.comのメッセージ機能で到着時間を知らせてあったのですが、返答はありませんでした。 ・開業したてなので客室はたいへん清潔で機能的でした。唯一の不満はセキュリティボックスが小さ過ぎることでしょうか。iPad miniも入らないサイズでした。 ・スタッフの対応、アメニティ、ハウスキーピング、設備など総じて省人化省力化がされているのは良いのですが、初見の客には、やや不親切というか戸惑いを感じる場面が何度かありました。ハード面や立地が良いだけに、今後のソフト面の改善に期待します。 最後に、夜中の2時に中国語を話す他の客室の方が、幼児を廊下で遊ばせていて、たいへん迷惑でした。これに関しては、こちらのホテルの問題というよりも札幌のみならず全国のホテルで起きていそうな問題で困ったものです。
