The place was a abt17 min walk from the Sapporo station , comfortable living place for family of 4 . Like the nightlights and usb charger near each of the beds, even provided laundry wash .. check on was east . There are convenience shops nearby and a small restaurant that is just beside the building . Strongly recommended for those with family

家族4人3泊4日で宿泊させて頂きました。駅からは徒歩15分で少し遠いです。コンビニも歩いて7.8分ぐらいの所にあります。部屋は清潔感があり快適に過ごさせて頂きました。バスタオルとタオルが6枚づつしか用意されてなく問い合わせると事前に追加の連絡をしなくてはならなかったみたいで追加で借りれずちょっと残念でした。洗濯機もありましたが乾燥機もなくバスタオルが分厚く大きい為部屋干しでは乾かなくて大変でした。改善お願いします。小さくて薄いバスタオルで充分です。後、1日だけ夜10時過ぎに帰って来てお風呂に入ってみんな12時過ぎぐらいに寝ましたが、翌朝にメールが来てて騒音がうるさいと下から連絡来てますとメールを見ました。普通に生活音ですが、歩くだけで下に響くのかなと。2段ベッドなので階段から下りた時に少し響いたかと思いますが、子供は中学生と高校生なのでジャンプしたり騒いだりは一切ないです。床に響かない絨毯等をひかれてはいかがですか？後、チェックインの時に冷蔵庫開けると中がビショビショでした。氷が溶けてたかと思います。色々改善して頂けたら快適なホテルだと思います。

Automatic check-in takes time. The sofa bed is not really a bed to sleep. The space is better to accommodate 6 persons.
