Large windows bring plenty of sunshine and a steady ocean breeze for natural air conditioning! This is a 3-bed 2-full bath home plus an office. You are excellently located with a 1-minute walk to the grocery store, shopping center, or bus. A 13 min. ride on the nearby bike path through a beautiful nature preserve takes you to Goleta beach and UCSB. The bike path can also take you on a longer ride to downtown Santa Barbara.
