The hotel was very nice and we’re excited to experience the stay. We enjoyed the stay until we were woken up with construction at 730 in the morning right at our window. We were not told about the inconvenience it would be or warned. I feel this was unfair and not what I payed for. The staff could have moved us knowing that construction was going to take place.

Make sure you ask ahead of time about the 30 dollar charge for parking. I wasn’t aware if it until I went to check out and it advised me. There is plenty of street parking. The pillows are horrible the bed was okay the room was clean

Called staff in regards to marijuana smoke in room from neighboring unit. Staff said they walked the property and didn’t see anyone outside their balconies and that it’s legal to smoke in public near the buildings walkways. I have video of the neighboring units guests outside on their balcony. No resolution. Poor customer service and room quality is outdated, ran down and not clean. High cost for sub par quality and service.

Room was clean and staff was very curtious. Walls were very thin though. I could hear my neighbor fart, speak, open a bag a chips etc. Nothing they can do about that, but if your a light sleeper, like me, pack some ear plugs.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandcastle Hotel on the Beach. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our visit. The free bicycle rentals were a great bonus and made getting around even more fun. One of our favorite parts was falling asleep to the sound of the waves all night—such a relaxing and soothing experience for me and my friends. I’m especially grateful to the staff for going above and beyond after my stay. I accidentally left behind a blanket that was very important to me (a gift from my 8-year-old niece), and the team contacted me quickly and arranged to have it shipped back to me. That level of care truly meant a lot. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service!
