It was very pretty and set up well. Outside areas were really nice. Rooms should be updated and painted, but they were pretty clean. A freezer and better refrigerator would be nice. It wasn't cold and no way to refreeze ice packs to keep things cold traveling.

We had to evacuate from the fires in LA and chose this place last minute. Best decision ever! We could not believe how quaint, beautiful, and cozy this place was. Amazing staff and great proximity to all things Pismo/SLO/Moro Bay. Had my pre-teen daughter with us and she loved it as well. Great times at the pool/jacuzzi and s’mores at the cliff side fire pit during sunset was amazing. Thank you staff for making and otherwise chaotic and scary time, a very peaceful and fun experience. We’ll be back for sure.

Initially this day started rather rocky when I was placed in room 223 which had a lot of highway noise, a broken heater and a refrigerator that kept rattling. When I called the front desk, the gentleman said I must be sensitive to noise and perhaps I should use earplugs. The next morning I was able to speak to a manager, thankfully who was very nice. She was able to switch me to a room 314 which was much better. The outdoor area with the fire pit was very relaxing.

This place is wonderful! It’s leas like we had our own little cottage. We had an oceanfront room. It was just great! There was nothing we didn’t like. We would definitely stay here again and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.I rely on reviews a lot. It was very quiet and the beach was beautiful. It definitely didn’t disappoint!

My wife and I stopped here for a one night stay as part of our journey up route 1 from Newport Beach to San Francisco as part of our 25th wedding anniversary. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at this property. We loved the ocean front room we had with the the fireplace in our room and the fire pits outside. The views of the Pacific coastline and the sunset was breathtaking. We enjoyed walking to the pier in Pismo as well. There are are also several local dining options. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, clean

Rooms were clean and comfortable with a fireplace! The property was wonderful. Right on the edge of a bluff overlooking the ocean. Fire pits and plenty of comfortable chairs for everyone to enjoy. Small pool and spa overlooking the ocean. There was even a trail you could walk along multiple properties. We would definitely stay there again. No free breakfast.
