Unfortunately, my experience at this property was very disappointing & did not reflect the price paid. The room was extremely dirty and clearly in need of a deep cleaning. The walls had what appeared to be old food and other residue on them, and there were visible signs of black mold. The baseboards, which were barely attached, appeared to have been installed to cover previously rotted wood. Overall, the property gave the impression of an old hoarder house that had been hastily “flipped” with cheap fixes to mask underlying issues. The a/c was sticky to tough & was so loud it was impossible to sleep, even for someone who enjoys white noise. My spouse went to sleep in our car. Check-in was handled remotely by someone outside the country, and it was apparent the property is not being properly managed or maintained. Overall, it felt neglected, unclean, and far below the standard expected for the price. I would not recommend staying here.

Great stay with my sister. Front desk person was great and checkout was great. Room was clean and well laid out. Pool and spa looked clean but we didn’t use them. Great location close to Pismo and San Luis Obispo. Thanks for a great stay.

Room was nice and clean, had a mini fridge, microwave and a hair dryer. The mattress was nice and soft, not a giant brick like some hotels, with VERY soft pillows, I needed to use 2 so my head didn’t sink down to the mattress. And we were VERY close to Panera, In-N-Out and a Walmart. The stores were within walking distance. And our favorite restaurant when we’re in town is AJ Spurs and it’s only a 2 minute drive away. Our favorite beach to go to was only a 9 minute drive away- we were very pleased with our stay.
