Great hotel. Currently under construction so the pool was closed. The beds are so great! Both my daughter and I had terrific sleeps. Everything is clean and the staff is very friendly. Very close to Cal Poly - just booked again for fall trips

Modern/Clean architecture. Nice mix of glass and wood. Room was comfortable and clean. 2 elevators were out of service when we arrived. They moved us to a lower floor and carried our suitcases up. I drive an EV and was glad to be able to charge overnight.

Great location comfortable stay

We had a good stay. Standard room had beds that were comfortable. Walls were thin, but lucky we had quiet neighbors. Amenities were under repairs so not much to say there. Great location off the 101 and close to Cal Poly SLO and Downtown.

Staff not happy to help.

We arrived to discover the pool was closed which was dissapointing to our kids. Our room was fine but little things like the soap and shampoo dispenser was empty, so i used conditioner only. When i enquired the staff was very slow. I went down stairs to ask about getting soap and it seemed like i was the problem. The same scenario happened the next morning at the coffee station. Both coffees were empty, and when i asked if this was an all day thing or just a morning thing, they looked very irritated to have to stoontheir conversation at the front desk, and then repeatedly asked if both were empty. I never got coffee. Other than that the hotel was fine, great location for Cal Poly, but there are others to choose from.

The property was under construction which is the only reason I didn’t rate it an excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the staff was beyond helpful.
